'Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. 'The Tea House was exactly what i needed…a peaceful, quiet retreat in nature.The nightly chorus of frogs was a highlight and the trails on the property brought breathtaking views.The host, David, was upbeat, friendly and communicative which made my trip even more enjoyable.There was no tv(perfect!) and no oven/stovetop which made cooking a fun challenge using the toaster oven and microwave. My one tip is to bring napkins and/or paper towel! I can’t WAIT to return!'
