'We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautiful house. The bedrooms were very nice, and there was plenty of room overall.Our host Kirk was very kind, gave us a tour of the house, and shared helpful tips about the neighborhood. We were also allowed to use things like beach chairs, a cooler, and bicycles, which was a great bonus.The location is fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful beach.The only small downside was that on some of the hotter days, without air conditioning, the...

'We took a 4 day trip to LA from SF. We rented beach cruisers, spent a few days frolicking the beaches and went to Six Flags Magic Mountain. This spacious apartment is lovely. The property manager was easy to communicate with, the apartment was in a great location (about a mile from the beach, a lovely neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, CVS). It was a comfortable place (beds, large couch and we loved the top floor with the deck. I'd highly recommend this place. '

'The location is incredible. The communication with the owner is amazing. The apt is very clean and well appointed. It was also quiet and given how close to town it is, I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be staying here again. '

'This was a great place and location to stay for my elderly mother, an infant, my dog, and 2 other family members. It felt like a family retreat and the home is so welcoming and cozy. 'Great location, steps from the beach. Took about two minutes for the family to leave the house and set up directly near the ocean. Was within easy walking distance to Manhattan Beach pier even for our 7-year old. Property was great inside as well, clean and as described. Thank you!'

'While traveling, the host called us to inform us of flooding in the house due to the neighbors unit, we were devastated, but within an hour, she got us relocated to another house that was fabulous. She made sure we made it there and had great instructions and that we were happy with the property when we arrived.
