'Check-in was a breeze with great communication. Upon entry it is just like the photo, clean and bright. Windows were open to allow the fresh ocean air to flow thru which isn't an issue being on the upper floor. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and ready. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Wi-Fi works great with no connection issues along with the FireTv. 'we loved My Happy Place! Family of 4 with 2 adult children, for which the bed situation is perfect. Galley kitchen has everything you need, the single full bathroom is very roomy with awesome shower. Appreciated the window A/C to keep it cool in the humid night. Bets of all is location! Short walk strait down to beach, lots of good little eateries around this eclectic neighborhood. Liquor store / surf shop very close. Also - if you are hauling stuff to the beach, there is plenty public...

'The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. '
