'I had such a wonderful stay at this studio cottage in Palos Verdes, which was even more beautiful than the photos! I spent a month here and appreciated how peaceful it felt. The space was sparkling clean and thoughtfully set up, with everything I needed—stove, in-unit laundry, a comfortable bed, AC, and a spacious closet. 'This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck.
