'Perfect location, cute Apartment with everything you need. Street parking was easy, even though there is no assigned spot, so no need to worry about that! Hope we'll get a chance to come back someday!'

'conveniently located in Venice. A nice spot for our family of 4 to call home base during our time in LA. The pull out couch was very comfortable!'

'Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again'

'This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again.'

'Arrived at property and it smelled like death. The place was not cleaned from last renters. Linens and towels were on floor in bathroom. Dirty dishes on table and stove top had food burnt onto it. Garbage can was full of trash. Arrived at property at 11:30 pm and host just said his crew missed cleaning it and simply said we will refund your money. Host then posted that we did something wrong and that is why money was refunded. Do not waste your time with this property.'

'Great studio apartment steps from beach!'

'Great place to stay'

'We had a lovely stay at the condo. The location was minutes from Marina del Ray and LMU. I loved that Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s were in close proximity. We could also easily access the freeway. We had a great experience!'

'A nice clean place. We really liked the assigned parking in the garage. Easy access to the apartment.'

'Great location and highly recommend!'

'Check-in was very simple after receiving detailed instructions. Kitchen facilities were adequate for the duration of the stay. The size of the apartment is more suitable for a couple rather than a family of 3. '

'Clean space , as pictured , nice kitchen and bedrooms. Some fees are not as transparent as it should be . Insurance fee and pet fees should be stated in the post for transparency. Would consider booking again in the future .'

'AC was good, plenty of space and access to amenities'

'Location, location, location.Steps away from the fabulous shops and restaurants of Santa Monica's Montana Avenue, in one of the nicest neighborhoods for walking in all of the Los Angeles area. Whole Foods and a larger grocery store both within easy walking distance as well. Sara, the host, was incredibly responsive, and there were so many nice touches, including a supply of coffee that lasted me the whole 6 weeks I was there, a handy water cooler, fresh muffins and flowers upon my arrival, and...

'Mo's place is a very nice condo and very comfortable. The property complex is huge but Mo was there to guide us and his location of his condo does not feel overwhelming. A very nice view overlooking the marina'
