'Here is my honest review. I had great communication with the host until day of check in. Instructions were not emailed to me that morning as stated in previous emails. Once we arrived at the property it took over an hour for a response to get instructions on how to get into the property which wasn’t exactly smooth. 'Gorgeous Mountain View’s and an incredible location for a 2-person stay. The apartment was designed with elegance and thoughtfulness with all amenities provided. It truly elevated our stay in Pasadena. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect. As others have noted, you must be comfortable with stairs. Jeffrey answered all of our questions and helped us find a dry cleaners for my husband’s tuxedo. '
