Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bedroom and living room area are quite large. Parking available in the driveway, though the driveway is narrow so may be difficult for larger trucks. Charging is also available for electric vehicles at an additional cost.

We were there for Rose Parade. we had seats in grandstand and were able totake Uber for 20 BUT house is located 4 blocks from from end of parade route so we saw end of parade again.Also walkable to Float fest (view floats day after parade). Kitchen could use some restocking: chipped plates, only 4 glasses/cups, no salt, oil... Clean quiet, off street parking.

Wonderful host, very communicative and helpful. Excellent location and a lovely house. The contents of the house are a little basic (3 glasses for four of us, took a while to find enough bedding, no chopping board or sponge, and only just enough plates and bowls so had to keep running the huge dishwasher with not much in it...). But James was so helpful and willing to provide whatever we needed so it was a great stay! Would definitely recommend, but bring a few bits if you like cooking, we were spoilt at our previous stay where they provided local olive oil, honey, tea and coffee and sugar and a very very well stocked kitchen and binder full of tips. This was more basic, but beautiful house and location and the most gracious and communicative host, so do ask if there's anything you need. Perfect place for a base for Universal and Hollywood!

This unit had ample space for 2 people and could definitely hold more, plenty of spaces to work remotely and the neighborhood is idyllic with lush trees and birds. We needed to wash some dishes before using them but that was likely due to the previous guests. Overall, James was a phenomenal host and I'd definitely book again

Pasadena at New Years

Great location for all things Rose Parade related. Comfortable bed and living space. I recommend to walk to Eaton canyon for a wonderful hike complete with waterfalls. Parking was tight even with a small car.
