'It was a very pleasant stay it was peaceful&was very clean&the restaurant in the hotel was so cute and the food was good and the breakfast buffet was very good they had good food options I had a good experience for a 2 day stay I would definitely stay there again'

'If you’re not a gambler don’t you stay in this hotel, the hotel have not a loving, only small desk to check in, no restaurant, ( only small cafeteria) that close at 8::pm, sometimes early , don’t offer airport service, like I said if you’re not a gambler don’t stay here, something also,yes it is a casino butt not slot machines '

'Bij binnenkomst was de kamer al klaar werd er gemeld maar wilden we er 2 uur eerder in moesten we 50$ bij betalen . Belachelijk vind ik maar het zal tegenwoordig wel normaal zijn . Bij het inchecken moesten we ook nog 200$ Borg betalen die we dan na 5 dagen weer terug krijgen ??? Dan kom je op de kamer is netjes en schoon maar geef me een dwangbuis en het feest is compleet een mega witte steriele kamer hier wil je echt geen paar dagen zitten .maar dat is mijn idee er zullen best mensen zijn die...

'Exactly what you need, after a 11 our flight from Amsterdam. Clean room, all the amenities you need, breakfast vouchers, the citadel outlets next door. Overnight parking for only 18 bucks. We even booked our stay for the end of our trip here in the USA. We would definitely stay here in the future '

'As always, my family and I had a wonderful stay at the Level. The suite is so perfect for our needs with the full kitchen and w/d, the amenities are excellent and well maintained. Probably one of the best parts of the stay are the helpful staff. Big shout out to Isiah and Johnny at the front desk who dealt with the issue of the broken window blind by upgrading us to another suite and to manager Hadi for also dealing with some other requests. Will always choose the Level when we are in LA!'

'Rooms are clean I just had issues with the bathroom towels, 405 star hotel I was expecting a higher standard They didn't mention that the hotel lobby was under construction Checking was on the third floor! They didn't have correct signage for the checking area on the third floor! You should have been the same saying reception!! Different housekeeping staff needed to be a little bit more courteous towards the guests!"the laundry bin man !'
