'Great house for guests. Very clean and good communication. The host even left us a few drinks and snacks. The only thing I would improve is more kitchen ware, such as silverware, crockpot, griddle and blender.'

'loved the front yard'

'This has to be the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The property, pool, and house were above all expectations. The tru gem for this vacation was David, the property manager. He was extremely attentive and responsive.'

'Very close to downtown and all the attractions. The house and pool was beautiful. Host was awesome and quickly reacted to all our requests. We would highly recommend this place'

'Great spot for a bunch of dudes but some simple things should be updated or touched up. Be careful on the water slide because the pool isn’t as deep as you’d think would be required for a water slide installed by a pool. Overall we were satisfied. Outside neighborhood was seasoned, but that’s not a controllable in most situations. Entire house shakes when one of the shower is on. Coffee pot didn’t work and they said they would instacart a new one but it never showed up'

'Our group of 7 had the best time! All of the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Everything is modern and was very clean. The house has so much more space than I imagined. The driveway is a little tight for 3 cars but we made it work. Close to the freeway. Don’t listen to the people being negative about the neighborhood. We had no issues and it was pretty quiet most of our stay. Only suggestion would be if there was a welcome guide when we got there. Took some time to figure out...

'Great host and property!'

'We couldn’t imagine a more family friendly place to stay! We had 4 adults and 3 kids (two 3 year olds and one 18-month old). This place was very clean and welcoming. All the instructions were easy to follow and the host was excellent at communicating with us. We hope to make more trips to the area and would love to stay there again!'

'Very first time in cali , and had an awesome experience host was very helpful and answered all of our questions no matter the time of day it was! Very clean place and spacious i recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in san diego/ chula vista area ! 😊'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet for a restful stray. The house and back yard were clean and thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed the firepit, gas grill and game room after a long day visiting the San Diego tourist spots. The house was an easy 15 minute drive to Seaworld, the Zoo and awesome beaches. We will definitely book this property again when we are in the area.'

'The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper.'

'Wonderful home in the Chula Vista area! The house was incredibly clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The backyard is large and well kept. Lots of towels and comfortable beds and seating area. We stayed here for an event at the Gaylord convention center and it's about a 5 minute drive, which was really convenient.'

'This space was perfect for our friend group. Not only was it great for entertaining us, but also for hosting other friends and loved ones at the reunion. We are thinking of returning annually! '

'Check in was easy, host was very responsive to questions, enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, spa was great, beds were comfortable.'

'Good distance from big attractions '
