The backyard was fantastic half the family spent hours out there playing basketball and hanging out. It was a perfect stay for us and hope to return on the next trip! '

'Icon says "kitchen", and "kitchenette", but description says no kitchen. What is the "kitchenette" is a table with a microwave on it. You have to clean the dishes in the bathroom sink. This space is a home to the owner. Its 2-bedrood, 1 bath similar to a hotel room. The outside bbq and patio were nice. The owner was very responsive though he didn't replace the batteries on the lock after we were locked out because of flat batteries. The key he gave us worked.'

'Rented this place for a bachelor party of 10 guys. One of the cooler places that I’ve stayed from the pool, giant trees with lights in them, to the magic orb that gave my friend powers. It really was one to remember. David made the whole experience seamless, even returning one of my friends lost iPad. Would recommend. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet for a restful stray. The house and back yard were clean and thoughtfully arranged. We enjoyed the firepit, gas grill and game room after a long day visiting the San Diego tourist spots. The house was an easy 15 minute drive to Seaworld, the Zoo and awesome beaches. We will definitely book this property again when we are in the area.'

'The property was very fresh and inviting. The host was very nice. The home had plenty of towels and other useful amenities. Close to shops, the bay and the trolley. The area is a little noisy due to the train, if you're a light sleeper.'

'We had to come to town last minute for a family loss. Host was awesome and let us check in same day. The space was beautifully decorated, layout was seriously perfect. We have 6 adults and a 6 month old baby. Trundle beds gave us plenty of sleeping space, and since we had to work the two desks upstairs came in very useful. We would definitely stay here again.'
