'I was pleasantly surprised by this property! It’s wholly welcoming with practical amenities. We came relatively unprepared to spend time at the beach, but was really grateful to be able to borrow beach chairs and umbrellas. Also jumped on the cruiser bike to explore the island. Facility is clean, reasonably priced, and warm. 100% will be back!'

The place is warm and welcoming. It’s an old school lodge that is in a good condition. It’s clean and well-maintained. Staff was super friendly. Reasonably priced. The only con was that the place was not soundproof, but I felt all the guests at the time were mindful of noise. '

'Great location! They have a few bicycles to go to the beach. The neighbourhood has some fine restaurants. You can walk to the ferry that brings you into the Gaslamp district. Unfortunately the price for this 3 minute cross-over is priced a 8 US$ single journey. '
'The apartment was very home away from home. Great location for restaurants and bars and a few minutes walk to the trolley (tram) to explore San Diego. Great amenities in the apartment, nice to sit at a table and eat or relax on the sofa and watch TV. '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible.

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."
