'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'
'I had a great experience at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was excellent!friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is also a big plus—within easy walking distance to lots of entertainment, restaurants, and attractions.
I would definitely stay here again!
The only thing I’d note is that the parking structure could use some improvements—it was a bit dark and felt somewhat isolated at times. Better lighting and visibility...

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'
'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'The customer service we received at this hotel was impeccable. The hotel guest agent greeted us with a warm welcome with a smile. She offered us two bottles of wine to celebrate my husband's birthday and two wine glasses. On our second night, the engineer came up to fix our toilet. He returned with the part while we were out. When we returned, there was a hand written note saying he fixed toilet with a packaged chocolate wrench with a green ribbon tied on it, such a nice touch! The body wash...

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."
