'The staff were courteous and friendly. Parking was and location was good and very safe. Our room had the best views of the city, airport and planes coming in for a landing. The 4th floor was a very nice deck with lots of seating and the most wonderful views and you could bbq up there as well. We had everything we wanted and we will definitely be back again.'

'Little bit strange with lobby on 12th. Downtown in walking distance. Convention Center 20 min walk Parking not cheap, but all parking garages aren't. Expected more homeless people as the US isn't doing well on that point. Neighbourhood felt safe, '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'Everything about the stay was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and even went the extra mile to remember our plans throughout the week and asked us about them. The room had a washer and a steamer along with bicycle rentals included with the stay. The location was right downtown near the ballpark so it was very easy to get anywhere. They included $10 food vouchers per day and two free waters everyday which was super nice to have since we were walking all around town....

'We loved our stay! We stayed there for three nights and it had everything that you could ask for. Nice pool area, a Starbucks inside the hotel, multiple stores where you could buy snacks and other items, a gym, good restaurant options and most importantly, the hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only concern that I would call out is the parking situation but it’s very manageable. The parking is going to be at least a 5 minute walk from the main entrance/lobby...

'The property is in an amazing location. The rooms are nice and clean. The amenities are super lacking. There’s not a whole lot to do there. There is one bar that doesn’t open until 4 PM. There is one store, but it’s not a traditional hotel gift shop it. It’s more geared towards hard rock merchandise and doesn’t have all of the necessities you might need. The pool is not impressive at all. And it’s $75 a day to park a car even if you are already paying for your room. The location makes it worth...

'What's good: location on 6th Street near far from the Padres stadium, restaurants and bars. We had a good on site breakfast too. What needs improvement: customer service seemed like they really could care and not friendly. One evening when we returned much earlier than the stated time of having to scan the keys, a gentleman outside the door in a very condescending tone questioned if we were guests of the hotel. I got my key out, scanned nd kept walking as his tone suggested we didn't belong....
