'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff. Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'

'A 10 out of 10!! We absolutely loved this place. It was our 40th anniversary and the staff placed a welcome gift in our room. The room was clean, bright and all in good working order. You can't beat the location. It's in walking distance to the ferry landing and the beach. Lots of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. We never used our car once we parked. They have bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas for the guests to use. We will definitely stay here again. '

'Fine location. Blaring music in the lobby was less fine and not a fun environment to sit in the morning. Good restaurants and lots of choices. Clise to convention center. '

'I paid so much money to stay in this hotel but it was not worth it. My room was only cleaned once in the 4 days that I stayed here. Also the cleaning was not done nicely, it was a mess. I asked for a bandaid and they didn’t have it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend it. '

'Stunning location to everything in San Diego. Beautiful modern excellent architecture and huge space for the price. Only drawback is locating to freeway and loud plane noise. However, this can easily be overlooked for the other great reasons.'

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'
