"I chose this apartment because of its location and it had everything we needed, however I would recommend some local information be available on site. Also a few tips, such as when showering open a window as there is no bathroom fan. "This property is a hidden gem and would stay here in the future. Nice, quiet location close to Balboa Park and we enjoyed this part of San Diego. Kent also gave us a personal tour of his property. "We had a wonderful time staying here. Kent was a terrific host and the property looks exactly like the pictures--maybe even better as the landscaping is gorgeous! We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to restaurants, etc. The beach was an easy 13 minute drive. It was perfect. Thank ..."…""We had a wonderful time staying here.
