'Apartments are fairly new so everything worked & was top quality. The area is very close to Little Italy for dining & close to bus & tram routes to access the rest of San Diego easily.
It's a DIY check-in hotel but both the AI response & human responses were very prompt & helpful. Even the problem we had with payment for parking was sorted out without fuss. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.'

'Over prized hotel. 800 dollars for two nights is not cheap. You expect the basics to be in order. Because there's nothing really special about this hotel that would justify a high price. My bathroom sink and bath drain were clothed. Showering means standing enkel deep in water. Going by the lines on the bath this is a long time problem. Also there was water on the floor near the toilet. On top of that they forgot to clean my room. And to top it of the wifi is terrible.

'Loved our stay at Crown City Inn. Lovely room, we opted for room with jacuzzi tub (big tub). Room had super high ceiling. Bright, clean and fresh. We really appreciated the all day tea, water and coffee. The daily cookies were delicious and very thoughtful. A wonderful perk also was the loan out of bicycles, beach chairs and boogie boards. Would definitely stay here again. Grocery store nearby and walk to restaurants. '

'Lovely decor, clean and fresh rooms and extremely friendly and supportive staff.
Small downside was the limited closet/storage space. And for disabled access, in the shower the soap and shampoo could have been placed a little closer to the shower itself.'
'Stunning location to everything in San Diego. Beautiful modern excellent architecture and huge space for the price. Only drawback is locating to freeway and loud plane noise. However, this can easily be overlooked for the other great reasons.'
'Staff were amazing! From valet to reception everyone was friendly and so very professional. The bed was comfortable. The only challenge is navigating the streets to get to the parking area but nothing that the property can control. We had a great stay. '

'Best staff and superb rooms and service. Trolley train and bus within 5 minute walk. It’s in downtoen so many are closeby, only downside is some homeless. Feels safe anyway.'

"Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin."
"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra.
