'Staff was friendly. But the room and certain areas need attention. Room(suite): stained couch in room, missing handle on sliding door, black specks in sink… bed was comfy atleast. In hotel itself: scratched up walls in elevators, sticky residue left over from tape on lobby walls/fixtures. To me—those little details stick out like a sore thumb. Expensive valet and we unloaded everything ourselves and had to take it up to the room ourself. Asked questions to the valet and they weren’t great...

'Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting…..'

'Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. What I did not like is the 4pm check in. Because it is so late everyone checks in at that time but the n the desk was understaffed with just one person, the line was huge. I also did not like that other hotel guests prominently warned us not to use the elevators because they would get stuck. I’m claustrophobic and the elevator was really hot so we chose to walk the stairs. I feel the staff should have warmed us about it at the checkin.'
