'My stay at the Westgate Hotel was overall really positive. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a big difference throughout the stay. We paid extra for a Corner King Room with a bay + city view but were given a 7th-floor room facing the convention center — no city view, no balcony, and not even a pool view.
