'the room was filthy with stains all over the walls and scuffs. was advertised as it being newly updated but it has not been maintained at all. the room smelled like someone had smoked several packs of cigarettes before us. no one answers the phones so had to go down to the lobby for assistance. they were not able to move our room and only provided us with a room spray. They charged us room fees for no reason as we had not damaged anything during the stay.'

'Misschien een beetje een gedateerd hotel maar verblijf was erg comfortabel, kamers zijn goed en met balkon en dat is lekker. Vriendelijk personeel die moeite deden om het voor je een goed verblijf te laten zijn. Op loopafstand van OV, dat zie je niet zo vaak in de US.'

'Did not like that the AC did not work and the temperature of the room was about 80 degrees. Did not give us any heads up before getting there and from past reviews seems like it’s been not working since May! Did not get the rooms we booked and when we asked they said their rewards members get priority. Also their valet parking lot had no room and they have no other parking lot other than a ACE parking lot down the street.'

'This small hotel is located in a very convenient part of Point Loma, just down the block from a bus stop that connects to Old Towne, then from there to anywhere you wish. Restaurants are in easy walking distance. I appreciated how comfortable my bed and pillows felt, and how the entire room seems to have undergone recent renovations.
