'Great and quick responsive host! We loved our stay and was absolutely perfect for our 18 month old. She had a blast with all the toys and very child friendly home. The backyard was fantastic half the family spent hours out there playing basketball and hanging out. It was a perfect stay for us and hope to return on the next trip! '

'We had a 20-person extended family stay at this home. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including the grill area, pool, fire pit, and playground - just perfect for our getaway. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There is an eat-in kitchen with space for 8 to dine, but no separate indoor dining room, so keep this in mind if you have a large group. 'If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, lived in family home for your San Diego stay on a budget this is the home for you. Our family was in SD for a US Marine Corps family day/graduation ceremony at MCRD and this home was near shopping and easy access to freeways. Our party of 8 was very happy staying here. Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, BBQ grill were all utilized, however this home could use a refresh and a little TLC. Owner was very responsive to our questions. '
