'Brian was an awesome host. Communication before and during our stay was prompt. The property looks exactly like the pictures. Really comfortable beds. TV's have all the apps u need and we even downloaded one to the Roku TV. Close to food and grocery stores. BBQ had full propane. . House is stocked with everything you need...shampoo, had soap in every bathroom, trash bags. Highly recommend this property. If you are going for a soccer tournament, it is 10 minutes from the fields.'

'ENJOYED THE STAY, VERY RELAXING'

'Excellent communication and easy check-in and check-out. The bungalow is tasteful decorated and had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. Location was great with restaurants, coffee shops, and a small market in walking distance. You can even walk to downtown Carlsbad Village from the place. The minor downside is that it is off of Coast Highway which can be busy and loud so it was not so enjoyable for the outdoor space and keeping windows open at night. I would still consider staying...

'We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again. '
