'Very accurate listing description. Clean apartment & excellent communication from host. Parking lot is tight for larger vehicles but still manageable. Location is a great jumping off point for a lot of different places in the area. Loved walking the area and finding different places to eat all the amazing food. Neighbors were super quiet. Only con I can think of is that it's on a main road so you hear cars driving bye all day and night, but if you're from NYC like us, it was hardly noticeable.'

'I absolutely loved my stay here. I really needed a few days to get away, rest and unwind, and this ended up being exactly what I needed.The cottage was spotless, comfortable and so pretty. It has a beachy feel, but in a sophisticated, understated way. Nothing overdone or overly themed. It just feels light, relaxing and inviting.It’s part of a triplex, but I never heard my neighbors and it was incredibly peaceful. The beach is literally a block away, and you can see the ocean from the living room...

'Wow! I don’t want to tell anyone about this place as it will never become available. It’s so great! As my British wife says, it’s on the “high” street and Everything is right outside your door. The property is super clean, the bed is comfortable, there is parking, I can go on and on. Don’t overthink it just rent it. '

'Good parking. OK location. Easy access to the freeway. The gym was definitely a plus. The individual AC in each room was great! The only bad thing was that the floors in the entire unit were very dirty. '
