Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. We noticed that the carpet in the living room really needed to be cleaned. We were somewhat disappointed that the kitchen was not as fully equipped at we had anticipated from staying at other VRBOs, but it was adequate.
