'The hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious rooms, cleanliness, and friendly, attentive staff. We had a great stay overall. While the hotel was excellent, the surrounding area of Long Beach was not quite what we had anticipated.'

'We booked online, checked in late at night, the suite type we booked wasn’t available, so they upgraded us. The gentleman that checked us in was very courteous and informative. He enrolled us in the membership/rewards program and informed us of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. There’s only a few things I think the hotel could improve on.
