'Despite all the noise and people living in these rooms the staff is also very rude. Marty the general manager will keep your deposit for any small reason and is very mean and uncooperative. She is also raciest and believes she owns this facility.
Annett at front desk is also rude and hotel staff doesn’t care about guests only a pay check and keeping deposits. Also there is prostitution here and the rooms are used for this .. if police are called they don’t care about prostitution here it’s...

'This was possibly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I get it, you get what you pay for and things happen but this was too much. I got to my room and just wanted to nap after a 10 hour work day. I went to lay down and turn the TV only for the TV to not work. I thought Ok I will call the front desk, I grab the phone to dial and the phone is not connected/not working.
