'In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low. However we would stay here again as the location is fantastic for both the park access and the Disney run start'

'Hotel staff were very nice, the room was very clean and the mini fridge is a tall one! Housekeeping was very thorough. Our only trouble was parking, I called ahead to make sure we could add a second vehicle to the room bill and check the rate, and again at check-in. Evening of check-in when the second care arrived we were told we could not add the second car due to a convention. The situation was straightened out later but it did add some stress to our getaway.'

'Our family has stayed here in years past and while back several years ago it was slightly dated it has become quite run down. Furniture was old and stained, carpets were stained and overall just worn, wall paper was peeling away from the walls, rusting hinges and signs of water damage in the bathroom, beds were very springy(not comfy) but most concerning was the smell in the hallways. It did smell like there may have been a sewage issue on at least the floor we stayed on and the hotel...
