They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask. '

'In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low.

We walked to the Toy Story lot and utilized the shuttles to Disney. The best part of our visit was the staff. I'd come back just to experience the service level that was provided. Onze kamer was wat minder (kamer 424), badkamer kan een op knap beurt gebruiken.
Douche met een gebruiksaanwijzing, dus werkte helaas niet goed. En de kamer grenst aan een soort agigrator wat herrie maakt. Dat was wel jammer. Verder was de kamer goed. "

Parking is an open space around the building for 25 dollars a night. The gardeners are very active early in the morning with leave blower equipment which is not nice when you are still sleeping.
Our room was at the side of the highway, acoustic is really bad. With the window closed, it still feels like you are sleeping on the bridge.
Overal, if you dont need to go there, than dont. In addition, we have tried multiple hotels with the Hilton signature (by Hilton), but basically every hotel that has that mark you should not go to. Hotels arent well maintained, dusty and loud.
