'Steven n Kristi greeted us on arrival and gave us a personal guide to their OASIS!!! They are a delightful couple. Their place is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting with them, getting to know them. I so enjoyed using their pool at end of busy day. I got to sit by pool and watched the rain. I sincerely hope my hubby and I will get to stay with them again. They will be in my heart always!!'

'Had a terrific stay, everything you could want or need was in the house and we had plenty of room. Loved the house thank you! Only improvement would have been to know the pool was not heated, that was the focus for my granddaughters and they were very disappointed. '

'Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed and totally enjoyed the pool and house. Hosts are terrific with communication and assistance when needed. Location is great and you can enjoy seeing the gopher tortoises in the grassy areas. We loved watching them! Would definitely stay here again.'

'This home is in a great country neighborhood. Ideal for walking, biking and seeing wildlife. Screened back porch has a nice view and breeze overlooking canal. Nice size dock for fishing and boating. We put our boat on lift and got out to peace river quickly, absolutely beautiful. Water in canal is low in winter so plan boating around high tides. Neighbors are super friendly. House has nice tile flooring throughout, updated bathrooms and spacious kitchen. Good parking, AC works excellent and beds...

'My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. Our host was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely like to come back here.'

'Clean, recently renovated, and adequately furnished--more light in the living area would be a plus. The location is outside of Punta Gorda, which has upsides and downsides. The location is pretty quiet, except for some not too intrusive road noise. I like to walk and bike out the door, and the location is not good for that--a drive is required. 'Home sits on canal that gives access to the Peace River or Charlotte Harbor . Only takes a minute or two to idle ( 22' Pathfinder w/200hp )into the river from the back yard . Had a wonderful time fishing , cruising and sight- seeing the river . O ya the cottage, LOL. It was nice, clean, and had what we needed. Tons of restaurants near bye . Stayed 5 nights , wish it was more .'
