'Niet zo tevreden over mijn verblijf. Een kamer vlakbij de liften en uitzicht op de afvalverwerking achteraan met bijhorend lawaai. De badkamer was duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe en niet zoals op de foto's. De koffiezet had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Een iemand van het personeel was zo onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam toen ik vroeg voor een latere check-out dat het mijn verblijf heeft afgesloten met een slecht gevoel. Een half uur later was mogelijk met totaal geen andere optie of voorstel, zelfs...

'geweldige kamer met keukentje. locatie t.o.v. The Lincoln Memorial top. In de buurt is verder niet zoveel te beleven qua restaurants e.d. Metrostation Foggy Bottom is ongeveer 10 min lopen. Je kunt je bagage gratis achterlaten na uitchecken. Enige minpunt was 's nachts veel last van feestende jongeren op de gang. '

'This hotel is well located near the national mall and a quick 10 min walk to the wharf that’s home to multiple restaurants. Any taxi ride required was never more than $10-15. Mr Ali was quick with the door and always there to answer any questions and offer any service. The morning coffee in the lobby was the only negative. It was just never hot enough! '

'System crashed had to attempt to check in three different times. Was finally able to check in around 8 PM. Also had couple lightbulbs that were out in my room. But overall, the state was very nice and the Staff was very friendly. '

'Nice hotel right across Union Station. Staff was friendly and our family room was spacious and clean yet it could get quite noisy in the evening / night. If you are not a firm sleeper like we are that could be a problem maybe. Location was good for public transport. We prefer doing most by foot. Keep in mind that that is very doable yet restaurants and main attractions will take you some time (not around the corner). '
