'We stayed here for NCAA wrestling tournament. Everything was great. Jim communicated great and had the place well stocked of necessities. Would book again.'

'Layout worked very well for our stay, located in a very nice neighborhood. We met up with family for golf and shopping. There are areas of the home that need attention. Deck is showing age and spindles are falling out which would be unsafe for a family with little kids. I wish we would of had access to the whole home or notified prior to staying that some areas are off limits. Other than that minor stuff, it worked very well for our trip. Kitchen is nice and big.'

'To kick of my 50th birthday week, my husband, son, and my cousin and his wife and daughter stayed here for our KC Chiefs weekend!!! The home had everything we could have possibly needed, including shampoo and conditioner, which we all forgot. The snacks weee an added bonus!! Thank you for the hospitality!!!'

'The home is beautiful, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, and the living room has several areas for conversation and watching television. We ventured into Kansas City (only a few minutes away) and were impressed with the ease of getting around with this home as our base. We were visiting our daughter and her Kansas family, and had them over for Christmas dinner (arranged ahead of time). They all raved about how nice the house is, and how beautifully it is set...

'Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.'

'This was our first time at this property and we stayed in a pet friendly unit. We enjoyed having the extra space of two bedrooms and bathrooms with a kitchen and dining table. The only downside was the lack of privacy in that you can hear your neighbors. There’s no sound proofing at all. Walking around, showers, water heater, toilets and doors closing. Even the microwave is loud. '
