"The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I didn't feel comfortable or safe, so I moved to a different accommodation after the first night. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help, but I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't feel it was the right place for a solo traveller like me."
