'This cottage turned out to be an ideal location for our 51st anniversary stay. Our historic site destinations were just 30-40 mins away. It provided a very relaxing and restful place to stay after our tiring days activities. Sharon was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. She provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our special occasion. We would definitely check to see if this cottage was available if traveling in the area.'

'The open concept kitchen-living-dining was perfect for our family gathering. The house appeared to be less than 5 years old and is a perfect “movie like” neighborhood. They also decorated it for Christmas with a tree and a wreath along with a few pieces here and there made our Christmas to New Year’s Eve celebration even homier. 'Joe and Michelle were excellent hosts, and the yellow cottage we had the pleasure of renting from them was beyond adorable. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, tastefully furnished and had a lovely back yard in which we could catch a glimpse of birds, chipmunks and the occasional rabbit. My mother and I were in town under rather stressful circumstances, and were so grateful that this place could offer us some relaxing respite. Book it now, you won’t be disappointed.'

'Beautiful property on high rock Lake that was meticulously maintained and accommodating. Alfred made our stay over the top by his attentiveness and attention to our needs of any kind! The house was plenty ice and well equipped, and there was plenty of parking as well as additional parking offered. I would stay there again anytime and likely will book another weekend soon.'

"The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I didn't feel comfortable or safe, so I moved to a different accommodation after the first night. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to help, but I didn't feel comfortable. I didn't feel it was the right place for a solo traveller like me."
