'My husband ask the housekeeper for clean towels and was told he needed to go to the front office. The air went out in my sons room the last night we stayed. Upon leaving I let the front desk know and I believe these issues will be addressed otherwise the stay was a good one'

'This is a beautiful property that is newly renovated/currently under renovation. That being said, any work being done didn't disturb us at all. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. My children and I had a blast at the pool and small arcade. The restaurant in the hotel makes delicious food - it was nice not to have to leave to eat. 'Wasn't bad for the price. Great location for the event I attended. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only thing I had an issue with was people screaming/slamming doors in the middle of the night and then again early AM. But it's not the hotel's fault if customers act that way. '

'My wife and I stayed here a few years ago and came back for another four night stay. Everything was great again, it's a very comfortable cottage that has everything you need. Leslie is always a great communicator, checking in daily to see if you need anything. The location is perfect for bourbon trail activites, being very close to numerous distilleries including Buffalo Trace, Woodford, Four Roses, and Wild Turkey. Can't recommend this property highly enough!'
