'Resort was great. Room great location by the pool with partial view of ocean. Room could use some touch ups and needs to have a dustpan available. But overall very happy with our stay.'

'The property is immaculate. Room is extremely comfortable and clean with all you need for the duration of your trip! We had an extremely rainy trip with only one and a half nice days of weather & still wish we stayed for our entire 17 day trip to Hawaii (our weather on the other islands was perfect). Check in process was simple & quick. Everyone working there is beyond kind/helpful. Host is available if you need anything and parking is in a gated covered lot. 'Resort property is beautiful. Only complaint I have about the resort is that the pools are freezing. Everything else was great. The room was nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the fridge. It is bigger than a standard hotel size fridge. The bed mattresses feel old but not the end of world. The view from the balcony is awesome so that was nice. I have one request that would have made the room even better, two beach chairs in the closet. This room is a solid 4 out of 5 stars.'

'This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island.'

'This property needs some updating. The window air conditioners were very noisy, especially at night. There was some need to fix molding in the house and just make it feel cleaner. The cleaning was done but the facility is older. Using the patio door to get outside was difficult.'

'Chose this location for convenience of location to airport. Resort is lovely, great pools, nice beach just steps away with beautiful sunrises. Room was great, clean and comfortable and had all the features advertised and owners were responsive. Note, you likely will need a car if you want to explore and this location is a bit out of town. Resort parking prices are a little expensive.'

'EXCELLENT communication. FABULOUS view with sense of privacy in our second floor oceanfront unit. Beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler available in unit. Great location for going anywhere on the island.'

'Dark, poor ventilation, no fans, no view (except for parking lot), description is misleading (while a part of the property is on the hill overlooking the bay, this unit is on the ground floor which has no view, no ventilation and no breeze), cheap furnishings, loud a/c units, inappropriate religious decorations, uncomfortable mattresses , cheap bed covering.'

'The TV was impossible to figure out even with the multiple instructions. There isn’t a HDMI2! We didn’t care too much as we don’t watch a lot of TV but you need better instructions for the next guest.'

'Excellent choice if you want more of an apartment feel than a hotel room (which we prefer). Staff is very friendly and the front office has activities everyday. You get access to the huge and beautiful pool area at the resort next door which was a huge plus! Not easy to walk to nearby places, so recommend getting a rental car or Uber/Lyft. Lots of renovation happening in a couple of the buildings during our stay, but not disruptive and good to see they are working on improvements. Will be...

'Wow! On our first visit to Kauai we hit the jackpot! This property was exactly as described in every detail. Everything we needed was provided. Mounque was very responsive and helpful, and he obviously cares very much that we had a great experience. The location was fabulous as it is centrally located, giving easy access to all areas of the island while being close to grocery shopping and other needs. The resort is well kept and has wonderful amenities. This will be our go-to property every...
