'On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'Dankzij super vriendelijk welwillend personeel en de ambiance blijft het een prettig hotel (in 40!jaar tijd weinig veranderd. Helaas wordt het personeel niet aangestuurd. De GM is nergens te vinden en sommige hebben hem nog nooit (!) gezien. Jammer van een ooit mooi en luxe hotel. Qua eten; ontbijt is ok maar betere aanvulling zou wenselijk zijn.
