'The rooms was smaller than we had expected and there is no kitchen, just a fridge. There is a sink out in the bath house, and a gas grill outside. The lack of a kitchen was not great, but the area is great, the owners very nice and very helpful and I would go back. I would just prepare better for no kitchen.'

'Our party of 3 couples and one bachelor had an incredible time at this gorgeous property! The kitchen was well-stocked, furniture was comfy, beds and bedding were great. There was plenty of room to gather in one place or to find separate spaces for down time. When we weren't catching fish off the dock - at one point 5 of us had fish on at the same time! - we gathered in the game room to play pool and hang out. Owners were great to work with. Best property that we have stayed on at Grand Lake!'

'The house is very beautiful and comfortable also well outfitted with dishes, pot and pans. We like to cook when we stay. The walk to and from the water is steep but the stairs and ramps are well maintained. Our adult children enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock.'
