So we weren't in the room a lot but it was very dated and musty smelling. the furniture was very stained and dirty so we just kept it covered with the sheets that they did supply. They wanted us to get our own towels from the office and take our used ones back to the office. The pictures were nothing like the room. The view was amazing we were by the beach and when we sat on our porch it was quiet and we had the whole courtyard to ourselves which was amazing Donna...

'Incredible location, we walked to the beach every day and to walmart and shops. We had to drive to go to waterpark and boardwalk, but parking was only twone dollars an hour. Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood too. Cons: beds were loud and old. Need replacement. Kitchen had very little pots and pans or utensils. One pan we found was dirty with food all over it in the cabinet. Couch and recliner equally old and worn out. I know if we had left the property in that condition we would've been charged...

'The property was quaint and the perfect size for myself, my husband, our daughter, and a small dog. There were a few things left behind from the previous renter, which is why I could not give 5 stars for cleanliness. The porch was my favorite part of the house. Morning coffee while staring at the ocean was great. The area in front of the house is a great spot for shelling. I found 4 sea biscuits on one of my morning walks. We had a wonderful time and would rent again if given the opportunity.'

'The unit was a little different than what was expected but worked out for our family. The location is amazing. Coffee in the morning with the geese was great. Very close to the beach. Our family has visited Oceanside Village several times and will continue to do so!'

'It was exactly as listed. Perfect place for me and my parents. Getting to bring our little pups was such a treat. Loved the community, the golf cart and private beach. We had a hiccup when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the owners. Good communication. was clean. The yard could use some TLC but it was nice to have a fenced in area for the pups. I would definitely come back.'
