The service was disappointing, starting from the front desk. At check-in, I was informed of an additional deposit fee that had not been disclosed when making the reservation. I asked for the receptionist to point that out on my confirmation email and she refused, and insisted on showing me on her computer, saying that her screen was showing the same info as my confirmation, which was not the case. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. The room itself was not properly cleaned — it lacked sufficient towels, the coffee maker was covered in dust as if it hadn’t been checked in a long time, and there were no basic toiletries such as shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I tried to reach the front desk multiple times for additional toiletries, with no response so I ended up having to leave to go buy what I needed. The next day I tried again to reach the front desk, but again, no response. My stay was from Wednesday to Friday and on Friday, when I called, the front desk was indeed quick to answer as they were expecting us to check out that day. That interaction was also rude and very rushed. Would not recommend this hotel at all, definitely not worth the hassle, and definitely not worth the money.
