'We loved the location and the property was very clean. The shower door was missing the magnetic piece to keep the door closed during our showers. The furniture could be updated or reupholstered. Otherwise it was a great stay.'

'Amenities and location was great. The room I had was listed to sleep 6 but truly slept 8 had a Murphy bed and pullout. They are hard to go from room to room if in use but otherwise great value add. Place had everything thing to cover all ages. When you get home your tired but you wish it never ended'

'Cleanliness was definitely an issue. The rooms are very outdated and poorly taken care of. The floors were clearly damaged and in need of repair. The walls were paper thin. So much noise! The ice machine was right outside our room and we could hear it the whole night. The water park machines are on through the night and extremely loud. The elevators had a weird smell and made a worrying thunk sound when we reached the ground levels. The pools were nice, but way too small for the amount of people...

'Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...
