'Ran out of Kleenex day one - had to go to desk and request some toilet paper day two . Thank goodness, they did put some dry towels in unit on our day two, but couldn’t be bothered to take out used, wet towels. Room floor needed sweeping upon arrival. At the high price, expected better!!'

'Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience.'

'54 minute late check in with NO ACCOMMODATIONS & Fire Alarms going off 3 different times in the middle of the night while all the guest wait outside in the rain for the “false alarms” they couldn’t get control of. Huge Water Bugs in the 1st floor room. Worst place I stayed on any vacation so far, wouldn’t recommend for free. Nice pools tho I guess.'

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'
