'The check in line was horrible. Over an hour and half wait time. Then the room was wrong and where I had booked under hotels.com the property would t work with hotels .com to fix it. The communication between employees wasn’t great and everyone seemed rushed. Parking sucks. But overall the pools and easy access to the beach was great. Gift shop a little overpriced but not too bad and you have to request extra towels and to have your room serviced '

'This was our first time staying at the Anderson Ocean and Beach Club. We really like the air conditioned elevators and the security of needing to scan your room card on the elevator in order to enter the floor you wanted to be taken too. The room was absolutely the nicest we've stayed in yet. We love the full size kitchen with all the appliances provided. We definitely recommend this place and we will be staying there in the future. '
