'AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!'

'Cockroaches in room, pull out bed broken, air conditioning not working and didn’t have beach access. Parking was a nightmare and extra charge. Room was the 2 bedroom penthouse'

'Close to beach'

'Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me.'

'The beach view was excellent. The room was clean; however, the sheets were slightly stained. New sheets were provided with the caveat I replace the sheets myself. I have never had to change the sheets at a hotel. This should have been done when they refreshed my room. Overall the visit was mid. They staff at the front of the house was helpful. Cannot say the same for housekeeping.'

'Room was clean maid came every day to make sure you didn’t need anything done a deep clean of the room on Wednesday. The cafe in there food was great and my daughter enjoyed having a Starbucks drink every morning.'

'It was a great stay. Just know that parking is across the street in a parking garage. Breakfast is also a great buffet, served by staff but is also across the street in a different building.'

'Not really near much for entertainment or food via walking. While the room was cute (pillows super comfy and soft towels!) the toilet lacked flushing power. We did report it, and maintenance looked at it and nothing really resolved. The pool side bar, drinks were “light” pours, the DJ played great music.
