'I like the elevator access. Can only access with room card. You preselect your floor from touch pads located outside the elevaters. The pad then tells you which "car" to get on. Elevators are labeled A-G. Once you enter the elevator a pad on each side of the door frame shows all the distenations the "car" your on is scheduled to stop at. Felt real secure with this feature. Just remember to take your room (key) card with you. Did not like the fact we found two bugs in our room. Called for them to...

'Staff were very helpful and friendly!'

'It was amazing stay'

'Great place to stay!'

'Enjoyed my stay.'

'Room was clean, staff were helpful, balcony terrible in our room had to lean your body over to see the view & when you’re on the ninth floor & the elevator goes out, that’s a long way up & down for a 78 & 74 yr old when you have to get your luggage after having breakfast & needing to check out. They did comp us the resort fee of $25.'

'Great view of the ocean and the pier. Right next to the sky view Ferris wheel which is awesome to watch and makes it easy to find where you’re staying as you can see the Ferris wheel from most of the town. You are also right next to the boardwalk so if you have kids there’s plenty to do. And let’s not leave out the outdoor pool, indoor pool, lazy river and Jacuzzi. Great breakfast at Olympic pancake house across the street. Will definitely be back! Thanks'
