'They don’t bring clean towels, you have to call and leave a message but the voicemail was full so you couldn’t leave a message. They don’t clean the room the entire time you’re there. If you need clean sheets they won’t change them they bring them in a bag for you to change. The pool area is ridiculous people save chairs and go to the beach and the chairs are empty all day, some people have two chairs one in the sun and one in the shade. 'Our second time staying here. Great quiet location. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly worked through a room assignment issue at check-in when I pressed to find a quick solution. Shuttle to the beach is super quick and easy to use without any wait times.
The rooms themselves are starting to show their age. Could benefit from a refresh in furniture (some stains and clearly well used) and scent (quite musty) to help justify the price of the suite.
