'Room was clean and staff was helpful. Not so good was one day one of the 5 pools heater was not working well and was 78 not 87. And the hot tubs indoors were in need of cleaning. Beach view was great and fold out couch was nice. Also they do not provide any beach chairs or towels even though you see them in the picture the chairs are from the city and the lifeguard charges $65 a day for two chairs and an umbrella. Also no vallet parking which is a pain.'

'Spacious rooms, clean and a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. This was an ideal spot for a family with kids! Easy access to the beach and many pool options. '

'Had a very nice day at the hotel. It was quiet the rooms were clean and the bed was ultra comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and eating it by the pool or by the pond in the back. Plenty of wildlife around and close to the beach and Broadway on the beach. I was there too is it a family member but I also made time for myself as well. Nice day would definitely come back. Love the 24-hour free coffee as well 😁'

'DO NOT BOOK, bedbugs and disgusting place. Nothing like pictures or reviews. My wife said it was the worse place we ever been to, and that was BEFORE we discovered bedbugs crawling in the bed where our kid was going to sleep. In addition to all inclusive Expedia price, They charged additional $100 just to confirm the reservation because we were going to arrive later in the night. After driving for 8 hours, we were so looking forward to getting to this place and getting some sleep. The place was...

'Only stayed for a night so no real complaints, for price. Check beds, ask for extra blankets before 10pm! Door latches were damaged so a key could unlock door… Staff was very friendly! And easy to deal with. Unnecessary deposit, to not check rooms and not really clean enough to be a non smoking property but STAFF was GREAT!! parking was a life saver!!'

'The condo itself was nice but definitely could use some general maintenance and cleaning. Safe was not workable; doors (bathroom and general entry) have not been cleaned for some time. Spider webs in window corners. Bedroom drawers fell out. Showerhead water was very slow'

'If you need a cheap stay here is your spot. Half the amenities won’t be accessible, or there will be caution tape blocking them off. Hotel was supposedly updated in 2024, but the only thing relative to an update was the tv and some paint. Everything else was barebones, and certainly odd noises throughout the night. Not sure where the hot tub was that was listed. It was a place to sleep, and we used it for just that. WiFi worked great though.'
