'When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. 'The hotel itself was great, staff was nice, room was very nice with the exception of a lot of large stains on the carpet, the parking however was on the “strip” 2 blocks away, one would think valet parking would’ve been in a nicer location, the facility doesn’t offer breakfast or any other meals for that matter and instead they offer 10% off the restaurant across the street which was disgusting at best. No one bothered to clean up spills and the entrance in the 10 minutes it took someone to take...
'Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy .
At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time .
A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful.

Staff was very friendly when i checked in, however there was a different staff member the next evening when i asked for quarters for the laundry, she was so disgusting and rude and only seemed into the 2 guys she had there talking to her. She definitely needs a different job. Shes should not be in customer service. Other than her, everything else was great. The housekeeper was fantastic and kept the room stocked and cleaned. '
