'We love staying here, it’s always easy and simple to get checked in we also bring our service dogs on trips and they do not make it a hard process to do this we simply just show them the badge for the dog and there happy, I couldn’t be more happy with the service desk! The only improvement is I wish they would keep the hot tube open in the off season, but overall I recommend this hotel! And the pizza place inside the hotel is so convenient!'

Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '

'The ocean view balcony was great. This hotel has everything you need if you want to spend time on the beach and doing things around town. Kitchen stocked with everything you need for a ling extended stay! Definitely will be coming back! Staff were very friendly and inviting! '

The pools say they are all heated but they stay pretty chilly most of the day. Our toddler had no issue but it was a little too chilly for our 8 month old. Pools don’t open til 9am which was a little later than we are used to(they will fuss at you if you read the sign wrong pool GATES open at 7am). Other than that. Amazing food, amazing staff and drinks, the beach was an easy walk away and we loved our time! It was definitely a spot to revisit! '
