'The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. However, it is currently being remodeled. It was frustrating that the pool was closed and we couldn't use it. Also, our first day the only working ice machine was on the 5th floor. Our 2 day that ice machine didn't work either. The fitness center was closed and inaccessable. When we came down for breakfast the downstairs restrooms were also closed down and we couldn't use. The hallway we were on also...

'The hotel was way over priced for only 4 days 3 nights! In Expedia my receipt total is $478.24 but the actual total my card was charged and the total Fourpoints emailed me on their receipt is $482.54. My card was charged $50 twice for the hold so it's pending $100 instead of $50. I checked out Sunday the 17th and 1 of the $50 is still pending. The halls smelled bad like urine. The walls were really thin! I could hear people next door in both sides of the room. The breakfast was just ok cold hard...

'Staff was great, owner or manager, old dude was a jerk. We have booked via Expedia multiple times a year for over 10 years, this was the first time that our chargers were only for the first night and we paid the rest on site, we typically pay all upfront. When we asked for clarification the guy came out and was incredibly rude. He said the fees were because we had a dog with us. I clarified that the dog is a service dog he then back peddled and tripping over his words demand to see my bank...

'This newly built and well-maintained timeshare is just a bit far from the main strip. However, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay. I’ll definitely be back if I need to stay in a more peaceful/chill vibe environment 👍'

'The room needed a good cleaning. The bathroom was dirty and may have had mold in the caulk around the tun. The tub had a chip. I also think water was wicking/weeping thru the floor tile. The lights above the bed were dirty. The outlets behind the nightstand were rusty and dirty. The stairwell was dated and dirty'

'The lady at the front desk was very rude. The elevator was very janky. Our sink was broken. I asked them twice to fix it and they didn’t so it flooded and ruined my clothes. So we left early. No one will give me my money back did the night we didn’t use or compensate me for the clothes that have been ruined.'

'Convenient location.Rooms were cleaned everyday. Cleaning staff was polite and thorough. Breakfast not included but available. Pool was nice but small. There was a terrible mildew smell from the air conditioner. They cleaned it which improved the smell but it was still there. I could’ve changed rooms and really sorry I didn’t. I would’ve gave 4stars but won’t because of the smell. They should also provide blankets that aren’t as thin as a piece of paper.'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '
