'Small enough to feel comfortable and safe. Very friendly staff, from the desk to the room cleaners. Shower was nice-walk-in. Bedding was good but mattress was a bit lumpy. Not terrible by any means. The surroundings good and lots to see and do. Good food within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again! '

'Overall the best thing about this property is the STAFF!! from day 1, they were helpful,kind ,friendly.all you have to do is ask and they will do the very best to accommodate.

'The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We had an early arrival flight and a late departure flight so they were able to hold our luggage each time and got us into our room as soon as possible. Perfect location at the end of the boardwalk so immediate area was quiet but an easy walk to all attractions. We will definitely stay there again.'

'Although this property is older, it was well maintained and the units/rooms were updated since my last stay there 10 years ago. Staff was very friendly. Check in was smooth. My grandkids enjoyed every bit of the lazy river tubing, the 4 outdoor pools, and the easily accessible beach. The fully equipped kitchen was also a plus!! We hit up the local Walmart and saved some $$ by not eating out much. Rates were fantastic also. Definitely would stay there again!! '
