'We've been coming to IOP for 6 years now and 5th stay with Marilyn! This house is perfect for us. The first year we stayed downstairs and then the other years we've stayed upstairs with our daughter. The location is so perfect, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to Sullivan's and Charleston. As soon as you walk in, it smells so clean from the fridge to the bedsheets! We found a bug or two but that's expected in the humid, June/July IOP climate! 'We had a great time with our military family fishing off the dock, cooking meals in the kitchen, and playing card games around the large dining room table. Large deck out back we relaxed on and enjoyed our coffee in the morning. Upstairs got a little warm at night but understand heat rises. Close walk to beach, pier, restaurants, and shops. We rented a golf card to explore but not needed to get to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shops.'

'Had a wonderful girls trip in Folly! Island Girl is in a wonderful location, very convenient to Bert’s, Center Street, and the beach! We had a very comfortable stay!'

'Great location with super cute decor! A few minor suggestions could make the stay more enjoyable - possibly an additional shelf or storage option in the bathroom and a full length mirror would be great! The humidifier needs constant dumping but we didn't mind at all. The overhead light was not working during our stay and was reported but was not a major issue.'

'The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.'
