'Fantastic hotel, one of the best family hotels we’ve ever been to. Staff very friendly, rooms and public facilities very clean. The breakfast has a great selection every day and the evening kick back with free drinks are a superb touch. Room was extremely quiet and beds comfortable. Can’t wait to return again.'

'Overall we had a great experience! We did have a little bit of a hiccup with our room, I had a booked a specific layout of the king room & I think it was a little struggle trying to communicate that with the manager at the time. But the A/C was broken in the room that they gave us, so we ended up getting the room we originally booked anyways. Everything else was fantastic. The hot breakfast, pool, location, and the friendly staff.'

'I choose to stay at this hotel and this location. because it is clean, well-kept, and everything I need in a hotel. On this occasion, multiple members of my family also stayed here and really loved how nice, clean, and pleasant the hotel is. I will keep choosing this hotel when I come to Charleston.'

'Great place'

'Just an “okay” stay. The room didn’t smell like it had been cleaned, but I found nothing to indicate it hadn’t been. Just a stale/musty smell. It served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay at this particular location again.'

'Staff was great and helpful'

'The hotel is attractive. The staff are friendly and accommodating(especially the bartender).'

'Very Good everything ✅'

'The restaurant, bar, and lobby were excellent. The food was great. The staff was amazing. Our room had a bathroom door that was broken on the bottom, which was strange. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient. We would definitely stay again and probably will next year.'

'The king mattress wasn’t very good. The shrubs outside were not cared for, vines and small trees were growing up throughout them, giving a poor first impression.'

'Very friendly and clean, really good for such an affordable place. It's a bit off the beaten path if you don't have a car, but there are shops and an outlet at walking distance.'

'For the prices they charge, they could at least offer breakfast. There are no stores in walking distance so if you wanted something to drink or a snack, the prices at the hotel were hefty. The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The location was perfect for us because we were there to visit our grandson for his birthday and the hotel was located right next door to his apartment.'
