'The property is in a very good location, close to gas stations, fast food, and shopping outlets. The hotel was clean, well presented. The buffet style break at was pretty good - I love bacon so that was a great one day - I would recommend and definitely stay here again if I was to go back to SC either for mini vacation or business.'

'The property was very clean and well-maintained. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance, which made the location very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only area for improvement was housekeeping, which was provided once every two days; we had expected daily room cleaning'

'The room was fine but there’s no regular cleaning every day or a note in the room for how to request more towels. Also, staff placed a known noise issue below my room and when I was awoken at 2am, didn’t address the problem. After speaking with the manager, her response was, “I’ll call you back” and then ignore the issue. I was woken up the next night as well before a 6am flight. For the price, I was disappointed in my stay and won’t recommend them going forward.'

'The stay was great. I was there for a week. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend to advertise or have better access to what amenities are available. I went and did laundry without knowing there was a laundry room - I could’ve asked too and was mostly my fault but even when using the QR code it was not listed :( but otherwise it was great and felt safe.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful plaza! The location is perfect for in town shopping and dining as well as only 20 to 30 minutes away from waterfront dining and Folly Beach. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of the mornings we experienced lack of hot water for showers, contacted the staff at the front desk (spoke with KeKe) and she immediately contacted maintenance to resolve the problem. 'We enjoyed our stay. They really need to do an upgrade on their mattresses and ONE microwave was not enough for the entire hotel! Especially with it being a holiday weekend. I know the Sonesta Suites Hotel have a microwave on each floor near the ice machine. Tru may need to think of this option.'

'Very nice hotel. The room was according expectations, the swimming pool also. All was well, except for the breakfast. Staff looked angry and tired. No cold drinks, also food was scarce. Terrible. After consulting the reception, the cold drinks were replenished. But 15 minutes later everything was empty, again!'

'This Courtyard is nice enough, but I think there’s a management issue as the staff across departments seem poorly trained and unhappy. Despite the “do not disturb” tag, housekeeping rapped on the door on many mornings. The room keys only worked for 2-3 days before needing to see the grumpy front desk people about getting them reset. The bartender was unable to find wine without help, despite there being pictures of them hanging up and matching the menu. I don’t blame any of the individuals, but...
