'We just returned from a very nice 4-night stay in the Beach Bungalow - Lower Unit. The living area is fairly spacious, but we found the bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom to be a bit on the small side (the refrigerator was also very small). 'If you want on King St in the middle of downtown this is the place. Easy parking. Check-in was at four, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were texted at noon saying the apartment was available. 'My family loved using this property as our base to explore Charleston at Christmastime. It was across the street from an entrance to The Charleston Place so we could enjoy all that decor. 'We booked this unit vs two hotel rooms over by MUSC. Great decision - location right downtown in the middle of everything.Communications before, during and after the stay were fabulous. Our pre-arrival questions were responded to nearly immediately.We had one minor maintenance issue during the stay which was promptly addressed and fixed.
